Oppo A16e

Oppo A16e, launched on March 24, 2022, is among the cheapest smartphones by OPPO. It is powered by Mediatek Helio P22 SoC, Octa Core (8 x 2.0 GHz) CPU, and PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

The smartphone comes with 3 / 4 GB RAM and 32 / 64 GB storage memory. Furthermore, the handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.

The mobile phone has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display supporting resolutions up to 1600 x 720 pixels at a pixel density of ~269 pixels per inch (PPI). Other features of Oppo A16e’s display include HD+, Corning Gorilla Glass 3, Eye Protection.

As regard cameras, Oppo A16e comes with One (5 MP) camera on the front side and one (13 MP) camera on the back side. The front camera supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 fps. Whereas, the rear camera supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 fps. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.4. While, the aperture of the rear camera lens is f/2.2.

Some of the features of the front camera include HDR, Selfie mode, Portrait, Face Unlock, Natural Skin Retouching, Backlit HDR.

Subsequently, some of the features of the rear camera include Wide Angle, HDR, Panorama, PDAF, LED Flash, Night Filters, Portrait.

The connectivity options of Oppo A16e include Bluetooth (5.0) , Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, direct, dual), USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, and Dual (Nano SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.

The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. Moreover, it is equipped with a number of sensors including Accelerometer, Proximity, Compass.

Furthermore, Oppo A16e comes with a 4230mAh battery which supports fast charging but does not have an option for wireless charging. In addition to this, the build material of the smartphone comprises of Front (Glass), Back (Plastic), Sides (Plastic).

The actual weight (without any accessory attached) and dimensions of the Oppo A16e are 175 gms and 6.46 x 2.97 x 0.31 (Height x Width x Depth) inches, respectively.
