Huawei nova 9

Huawei nova 9, launched on September 30, 2021, is a mid-range and feature-rich smartphone by Huawei. It is powered by Snapdragon 778G SoC, Octa Core (4 x 2.4 GHz, 4 x 1.8 GHz) CPU, and Adreno 642L GPU.

The smartphone comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 / 256 GB storage memory. Furthermore, the handset lacks the option of additional storage via a memory card.

The mobile phone has a 6.57-inch OLED display supporting resolutions up to 2340 x 1080 pixels at a pixel density of ~392 pixels per inch (PPI). Other features of Huawei nova 9’s display include Curved Display, HDR10, 120Hz, 1B colors, P3 colour gamut.

As regard cameras, Huawei nova 9 comes with One (32 MP) camera on the front side and four (50 x 8 x 2 x 2 MP) cameras on the back side. The front camera supports video recording up to 4K at 30 fps, 1080p at 30 fps, 720p at 240 fps. Whereas, the rear camera supports video recording up to 4K at 30 fps, 1080p at 30 fps, 720p at 30 fps. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.0. While, the apertures of the rear camera lens are f/1.9, f/2.2, f/2.4, f/2.4.

The connectivity options of Huawei nova 9 include Bluetooth (5.2) , Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, direct, dual), NFC, USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, and Dual (Nano SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.

The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. Moreover, it is equipped with a number of sensors including Accelerometer, fingerprint, gyro, compass, proximity.

Furthermore, Huawei nova 9 comes with a 4300mAh battery which supports fast charging but does not have an option for wireless charging. In addition to this, the build material of the smartphone comprises of Front (Glass), Black (Glass), Sides (Aluminum).
