Apple iPhone 3GS

Apple iPhone 3GS, launched on June 19, 2009, is among the cheapest smartphones by Apple. It is powered by Samsung S5PC100 SoC, Single Core (800 MHz) CPU, and PowerVR (SGX535) GPU.

The smartphone comes with 512 MB RAM of type LPDDR3 and 32 / 16 / 8 GB storage memory. Furthermore, the handset lacks the option of additional storage via a memory card.
