Xiaomi 12

Xiaomi 12, launched on December 28, 2021, is a high-end smartphone having top-notch features by Xiaomi. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, Octa-core (1 x 3.00 GHz, 3 x 2.50 GHz, 4 x 1.80 GHz) CPU, and Adreno 730 GPU.

The smartphone comes with 8 / 12GB RAM and 128 / 256GB storage memory. Furthermore, the handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.

The mobile phone has a 6.28-inch AMOLED display supporting resolutions up to 2400 x 1080 at a pixel density of ~419 pixels per inch (PPI). Other features of Xiaomi 12’s display include 120Hz Refresh Rate, FHD+, HDR10+, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, 68 billion colors.

As regard cameras, Xiaomi 12 comes with One (32MP) camera on the front side and three (50 x 13 x 5MP) cameras on the back side. The front camera supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 / 60 fps, 720p at 120 fps. Whereas, the rear camera supports video recording up to 8K at 24 fps, 4K at 30 / 60 fps, 1080p at 30 / 120 / 240 / 960 fps, 720p at 1920 fps. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.5. While, the apertures of the rear camera lens are f/1.9, f/2.4, f/2.4.

Some of the features of the front camera include HDR, Face unlock, Video call, Selfie mode, Wide Angle, AI Camera, Panorama.

Subsequently, some of the features of the rear camera include Wide Angle, Telephoto Camera, Ultrawide Angle, Panorama, HDR, Dual LED Flash, Portrait, Time Lapse, Slow Motion, AI Cameras, HDR10+.

The connectivity options of Xiaomi 12 include Bluetooth (5.2) , Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6/6e, hotspot, dual, direct), NFC, USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, 5G and Dual (Nano SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.

The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. Moreover, it is equipped with a number of sensors including Accelerometer, fingerprint, gyro, color spectrum, compass, proximity.

Furthermore, Xiaomi 12 comes with a 4500mAh battery which supports fast charging as well as wireless charging. In addition to this, the build material of the smartphone comprises of Front (Glass), Black (Glass), Sides (Aluminum).
