Honor 9X

Honor 9X, launched on November 14, 2019, is a mid-range and feature-rich smartphone by Honor. It is powered by Kirin 710F SoC, Octa Core (4 x 2.2 GHz, 4 x 1.7 GHz) CPU, and Mali-G51 MP4 GPU.

The smartphone comes with 4 / 6 GB RAM and 64 / 128 GB storage memory. Furthermore, the handset supports the installation of additional storage via a memory card.

The mobile phone has a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display supporting resolutions up to 2340 x 1080 pixels at a pixel density of ~391 pixels per inch (PPI). Other features of Honor 9X’s display include HD+.

As regard cameras, Honor 9X comes with One (16 MP) camera on the front side and three (48 x 8 x 2 MP) cameras on the back side. The front camera supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 fps. Whereas, the rear camera supports video recording up to 1080p at 30 / 60 fps. The aperture of the front camera lens is f/2.2. While, the apertures of the rear camera lens are f/1.8, f/2.4, f/2.4.

Some of the features of the front camera include Popup Camera, Wide Angle, Selfie Mode.

Subsequently, some of the features of the rear camera include HDR, LED flash, panorama, wide angle, depth camera, PDAF, Time lapse, Slow motion, Ultrawide Angle.

The connectivity options of Honor 9X include Bluetooth (4.2) , Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, direct, dual ), USB, GPS, 2G / GSM / GPRS, 3G / HSPA / CDMA, 4G / LTE, and Dual (Nano SIM) for Calls / SMS / Data.

The security features built inside the handset include Touch ID and Face ID. Moreover, it is equipped with a number of sensors including Accelerometer, fingerprint, gyro, compass, proximity.

Furthermore, Honor 9X comes with a 4000mAh battery which does not support fast charging or wireless charging. In addition to this, the build material of the smartphone comprises of Front (Glass), Back (Plastic), Sides (Plastic).

The actual weight (without any accessory attached) and dimensions of the Honor 9X are 197 gms and 6.44 x 3.04 x 0.35 (Height x Width x Depth) inches, respectively.
